Apache Drill is designed to support high-performance analysis on top of semi-structured and rapidly evolving data sources. Inspired by Google Dremel (BigQuery), Drill use SQL language to query a variety of NoSQL databases (including HBase/MapR-DB, MongoDB) and file systems (HDFS/MapR-FS, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Swift, NAS) and local files.
We will cover how to use Apache Drill, what are the basic concpets, architecure level, and how we use it in our projects.
